High Tenacity 250d 280d 420d 630d Polyester FDY Fishnet Weave Yarn
Polyester filament sewing thread is made of high tenacity polyester continuous filament. It is heat setted and lubricated with high quality silicone wax, which is smoother gliding into the needle hole. This thread has high tenacity, excellent sewability and abrasion resistance features, it is applicable for shoes, handbags, outerwear, curtains, leather goods, industrial products, etc.

What is Polyester yarn?
Filament Yarn. Polyester fibre is one of the most used commercial fibres across the world. These are strong synthetic fibres made by blending the alcohol and acid and initiating a chain reaction. ... Such yarns are also called PFY. Such yarns are created when MEG and PTA are spun directly.
According to its performance, polyester industrial yarn can be divided into high tenacity low elongation type, high modulus low shrinkage type, high tenacity low shrink type, and active type. The HMLS polyester industrial yarn has the tendency to gradually replace the ordinary HT polyester industrial filament in the tire and the mechanical rubber product because it has the advantages of high breaking strength, low elongation and good impact resistance.
The LS polyester industrial yarn, due to heat shrinkage, can produce fabric or woven rubber products with good heat stability, mainly for coating Weaving and dyeing, and so on; active polyester industrial yarn is a new type, which can greatly improve the quality of products. Also, nylon yarn for industrial yarn is widely used in canvas, transmission belt, etc., for high strength of nylon 66.
